OUR STORY
When my son was seven months old, his pediatrician was concerned about a ringworm on the back of his head. I treated the almost bald spot with different oils and gentle head rubs. This experience was too familiar as I became used to this routine since my older children experienced similar symptoms.
Although, every test the doctor ordered returned negative, my son was still treated for ringworm and prescribed medications that, I knew, was never going to heal or grow his hair back with these medications...
CamiNaturals was created by our family, with your family in mind.
As a result, the medicine caused an allergic reaction all over his body. My son experienced bumps on top of his eyelids, arm pits, inflamed scalp, and the bald spot grew into the size of a quarter. The Dermatologists insisted on this treatment regimen. Honestly, I was frustrated, tired, and questioned the need to keep him on an antihistamine to counter the allergic reaction. I have worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 18 years and knew the lasting effects if my son continued these meds. My curiosity led me to research the ingredients. And from my learnings, I created the perfect formula, Evrol oil.
The Birth of CamiNaturals

With the guidance from God, Evrol oil was created, which included essential oils needed to prevent Eczema, dry skin, rashes, hair thinning and hives, all of which my son was experiencing. It took months to clear up. First the healing phase, then the focus shifted to growing his hair back. After I realized what I was capable of as a determined mother...

I knew I wanted to help others and expand on providing my family with a natural solution to everyday life challenges.
MY NATURAL HAIR JOURNEY
Years ago, I made a bold move and wore my natural hair. Although, I have not chemically processed my hair in over 25 years, I still pressed my hair and occasionally craved for my natural curls. There was only one problem, resources were limited in the market. I’ve tried numerous hair care products that claimed to have all-natural products, but over time these products left my hair extremely brittle and dry. I quit using the other hair products and found a way to nurse my hair back to health… the natural way​.
I began researching black hair care and different kind of essential oils. Soon I began creating and using my own hair creams. Quickly, I went from being asked why my hair was so dry to receiving compliments on the luster of my hair. Honestly, I was just excited to have healthy hair again. Now the mission was to introduce the products to my family and start the natural hair journey together.
And that was the start of CamiNaturals.
